I have sold a property at 4907 51st Street in Clive.
I don't say this lightly and I don't throw this term around loosely, either, but here it goes: this house is Bad@ss! Someone has done a very good job with this split level of keeping everything current and stylish. The kitchen has been totally re-done with fine appliances and an island was added in place of a peninsula which did wonders for its utility. The lighting is extravagant and the space has lots of beautiful natural light, too.
