Where to start on this big, bright, beautiful home in Clive? There're a lot of options, but what's the best part? I'm tempted to kick this write up off with the garage because it's got a really neat feature.. but let's leave that until the end. Alright, the living room it is! We've got really high vaulted ceilings and a big bay window letting in some beautiful daylight. The hardwood floors are a little worn, but the only thing cooler than new hardwood is old hardwood and it makes the space feel warm and welcoming. We head up to the upper level and the kitchen is awesome! highly functional, all stainless appliances and a big pantry plus the access to the covered deck make this space a place I could spend a lot of time in. That vaulted ceiling carries right through into the kitchen and gives the space a feeling of grandeur. Three beds on the upper level make midnight snacking easy, and a bathroom as well so you can make a pit stop on the way back to bed and won't have to get up again. The lower level has those fabulous windows, again, flooding the space with daylight in the big family room. Our fourth bedroom is down here for when your kid becomes a teenager and can't get far away enough from mom & dad. Another bathroom and the laundry are here as well. But wait! what's this? A door in the laundry room?? could it be??? YES! It's a separate access to the heated garage!! "Are you telling me that when you drive into the garage you can go upstairs into the house like Bruce Wayne, OR down into the basement like Batman?" That's exactly what I'm telling you. But wait, there's more! There's a third door in the corner so you can get into the backyard from the garage OR the deck off of the kitchen, POSH! The backyard is fenced off, but there is a separate stall open to park your fifth wheel back there. SWEET! The furnace is brand new and the air conditioning was installed just last year so temperatures are not a problem for this one. Lastly, your dollar goes so much farther in Clive because people don't want to make that ten minute drive to town, if you're okay with that, then there's great value to be had in this mighty little town.

Are you into big, beautiful, landscaped yards? What about 1837 square feet of fabulous farmhouse-chic home? How about a home business in a great location in charming Clive, Alberta? The house was completely renovated in 2016 and the design choices were excellent! Is this the biggest tree in Clive? Imagine the rope swing you'll be able to hang off of it someday in front of your beautiful house? In the meantime, you can store your tools and park your car in the garage and lean-to. Concrete floor in the garage. This lot is right on Main Street, Clive, a town on its way up. Nestled in the rolling hills of Lacombe County, ten minutes from Lacombe, 25 to Red Deer, 25 to Stettler. If you don't believe me when I say the town is adorable, just take a drive and see for yourself.

Hang on, we've got a lot of ground to cover on this one. The home was put on a brand new ICF foundation (9' Ceilings!) in 2012 at which point they put in all new services including furnace & water heater. They stripped the siding, installed new windows and added 2" styrofoam over every exterior wall before putting new siding on, then they blew more insulation into the attic. Why?
