I have sold a property at 3102 Olson Street in Donalda. See details here
Admittedly, she needs some work, but that's why it's priced the way it is! Are you handy? We don't have the full history on this place, but it doesn't take a P.I. to see that somebody dropped this character home onto a new foundation at some point in the last two decades. They even plumbed in services for another bathroom down there, so they must have had grand plans. Unfortunately, those plans were never seen through, but yours can be! The roof has failed in two spots and there will be some repair required there, but the floors feel level and sturdy. There are some unique features in this character home and the potential is there for someone who's not afraid of putting in a little sweat equity. The village of Donalda is such a gem, nestled on the edge of the meeting creek coulee, overlooking one of the most marvellous natural features in Alberta, the head of The Great Canadian Badlands. Didn't know it came this far north did you? If that's not enough you can enjoy nice people, some lovely businesses, and THE WORLD'S LARGEST LAMP!!!!!
