I have sold a property at 850 Secondary Road in Rural Stettler No. 6, County of.
Have you ever seen a place that's so breathtaking it makes you question your existence? That's how I feel when I crest the edge of the coulee on highway 53 by Donalda. The head of The Canadian Badlands and a place that you may have never heard of, which may be by design? Similar to a billionaire with holes in her socks, doesn't want to let on the wealth she possesses, I think that's a fitting analogy for the Village of Donalda because if the public finds out about it, everyone is going to want to be there. Specifically, they're offering 4 acres just a mile south of town for an incredible price. It's got a water feature and ample room to build. The town has a school, the best wings in Alberta (Thanks Deano!) a fantastic riding arena if you're equine inclined and a perfect location. 10 minutes from Buffalo Lake, 1/2 hour to Stettler, 40 minutes to Camrose, but far enough off the beaten path that you can tuck away when the world gets a little too busy. I've included a couple photos of the coulee (Does it absolutely no justice, but still beautiful) because it is thirty seconds away. I've also included a photo of Pelican Point Beach which is just 11 minutes away. Lastly, there's no requirement to build if you don't want to, a person could just use it as their own private campsite. Maybe throw a small off-grid cabin there? I don't know, man, it's your world, the rest of us just live in it! Look me in the eye and tell me with a straight face you don't want to live one mile away from "The World's Largest Lamp", I dare you!
