I have listed a new property at 4633 49 Avenue in Clive.
Hang on, we've got a lot of ground to cover on this one. The home was put on a brand new ICF foundation (9' Ceilings!) in 2012 at which point they put in all new services including furnace & water heater. They stripped the siding, installed new windows and added 2" styrofoam over every exterior wall before putting new siding on, then they blew more insulation into the attic. Why? Because Canada is cold as **** and we're tired of paying an arm and a leg to keep a home warm enough to walk around in our underwear in January. Still with me? The home is up on the hill and the yard backs onto the ravine, so you don't have to worry about neighbours behind you jumping the fence and petting your chickens, of which you're allowed to have six, and you might as well because the chicken run is INCLUDED!!!
