What a dynamite home on the edge of town! Very healthy square footage on the main floor at 1413, feels even grander thanks to the vaulted ceilings and open floor plan. The kitchen is ultra spacious with lots of cabinetry and counter space (Built in cutting board, cool!) I can't get over how big the windows are for the era this house was built in, must've been a premium build, but that's not surprising when you note the sunken living room and the same in the basement where the pool table lives. Three beds and three baths with a bonus room in the basement that would make another great bedroom if somebody pops a window in there. The laundry room is huge! and there's a drain in the floor which I always like to see in case the washing machine decides to go on hiatus someday. The coolest thing, though? There's a subterranean hallway which runs under the back deck and takes you into the 24'X26' double car garage, even though the garage is not attached to the house. Out back we've got a nice, private backyard that has a little peaking view of the the Coulee, and that's one of the most incredible features in Alberta.
