Hang on, we've got a lot of ground to cover on this one. The home was put on a brand new ICF foundation (9' Ceilings!) in 2012 at which point they put in all new services including furnace & water heater. They stripped the siding, installed new windows and added 2" styrofoam over every exterior wall before putting new siding on, then they blew more insulation into the attic. Why? Because Canada is cold as **** and we're tired of paying an arm and a leg to keep a home warm enough to walk around in our underwear in January. Still with me? Okay, THEN in 2014 they fenced the yard and ran a daycare out of the house for many years and somebody could again, that's why the yard is full of playsets for all the little guys and gals. In 2015, the roof got new shingles and eavestroughs. 2016, they built the deck, beefed up the electrical system with a much bigger panel and wired the house for data so most rooms have their own ethernet/data jacks. New doors in 2017, In 2020 the washer and dryer were replaced and the dishwasher is new. We're looking at five bedrooms! The original home had three and a bathroom, the new basement has two more and one more bathroom which isn't yet completed but is going to be really nice when it is! The home is up on the hill and the yard backs onto the ravine, so you don't have to worry about neighbours behind you jumping the fence and petting your chickens, of which you're allowed to have six, and you might as well because the chicken run is INCLUDED!!!
